Siga siga is a fine way to live. It is not how we answer the phone.

So we call you back within five minutes and we tell you when we can come. If it is not today, you hear that on the phone, instead of waiting in all afternoon for someone who was never coming.

What we promise

Three things, and that is the whole list. A price before work starts. Someone who speaks English and Greek. And an honest answer when a job does not need doing.

The third one costs us money. A plumber who never tells you to leave something alone is not much use to you.

How we choose who we send

Cyprus has real registers for this work and almost nobody hiring has heard of them. Plumbing and building work sits with the contractors council, on a licence that runs a year at a time. Wiring is separate and stricter, and nobody may do it without being registered. Anything with refrigerant in it needs an F-Gas certificate, held by the person and by the firm.

We check all of that before we send anyone, and we check they are insured.

What we will not do

Whole bathrooms, underfloor heating, waterproofing a roof. Different trades, different licences. We would rather say no on the phone than come out and quote you for something we are not the right people for.
